THE STORY

So, it all began with an idea; something to do with friends rather than just go to a bar or café to hang out, and that’s where we wanted to start creating together! Malmö is a multicultural city and we wanted to add more creative communities to enrich this city with.

Sip and paint is a common concept in America, and a great way of learning how to paint while sipping and socializing in a fun and creative environment. Without limiting it to only painting, we named ourselves Sip & Create. Since we are all creatives we want to offer more creative activities to do together. Being creative was a big part of our childhood, and growing up to become adults, a lot of other parts of life often become the priority. Instead of creating in our loneliness, or not creating at all, we wanted to facilitate the creative process by offering a place where you get guidance, all the material you need and where you don’t need to clean after yourself.
