Terms and Conditions FOR CORPORATE EVENTS
Thank you for booking your Corporate Paint Party with Sip and Create Malmö. Our goal is to deliver a memorable creative activity for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great experience.
Booking and Deposit:
A 30% deposit is required to book a Corporate Paint Party, with the remaining balance due 5 days before the Paint Party. If booking is less than 10 days before the event, the Paint Party balance will be due at booking. Deposit and payment may be remitted easily online on our website or through an invoice.
Guests:
A minimum of 10 participants are required to book a Corporate Paint Party. You don't have to have 10 participants, but you must pay for a minimum of 10 participants. Please reserve as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest count is due 4 days before the event.
Cost:
The cost for a Company Event is 6000 sek for a party of 10 people. If you are a larger party, the cost is 600 sek per additional person. This includes step-by-step instruction by a professional artist, aprons, and paint supplies for each painter to create the featured painting. You will also receive non-alcoholic drinks and some snacks when the paint party is held at the Sip and Create Location.
Location:
Paint Parties are either held at Sip and Create’s location/venue at Humlegatan 4 or at the venue the client is providing.
Your location: The client is responsible for providing the venue and securing all details with the selected venue. The client is to provide all necessary tables and chairs for the Corporate Paint Party and ensure they are set-up at least 1 hour prior to the event start time. The client will also be responsible for ensuring Sip and Create has access to the venue at least 1 hour before the event. Client is responsible for drinks to the participants when held at your location.
Party Time:
Party Times are booked in one to three hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your participants arrive 15 minutes before the event.
Cancellation Policy:
If the client wishes to cancel, the client will need to submit the cancellation in writing to hello@sipandcreate.se at least 7 days before the Corporate Paint Party event. The deposit will be retained by Sip and Create. Sip and Create will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however Sip and Create reserves all rights in unforeseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Corporate Party. In the event this occurs the client will be notified as soon as possible, and all funds and deposits paid will be refunded.
Purpose:
This agreement contains the entire understanding between Sip and Create and the client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add to or change this agreement is to do so in writing.
Booking Reservation:
Upon your signature as client, Sip and Create will check availability to reserve the date/time above, and will not book another event for that date and time. For this reason, the Deposit is non-refundable, unless Sip and Create needs to cancel. The Deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract and is applied towards the contracted Corporate
Paint Party total cost (minimum 6000 SEK for 10 participants). Client understands and agrees that the entire balance owed for the Corporate Paint Party total cost described in the contract is due 5 days before the day of the event. Client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, Sip and Create will not hold the event, with a loss of Deposit by client and no liability to Sip and Create.
Cooperation of Participants and Other Service Providers:
The client needs to inform Sip and Create 5 days ahead if there is a change of participants. If the client is not informing Sip and Create about a reduced number of participants 5 days before the event or if participants decide not to show up, Sip and Create retains the rights to charge for them.
The client is responsible for the conduct of the participants and coordination with other service providers as necessary to organize your event as scheduled. The client should share the Corporate Paint Party schedule with other service providers to make sure that there are no conflicts with times. Sip and Create and its employees will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior.
Unchecked participant conduct that interferes with the Corporate Paint Party instruction will seriously affect the quality of experience that Sip and Create strives to provide. If the client is unable to control the conduct of participants or if the conduct of any event participants damages any of the equipment of Sip and Create, it will result in the early or immediate end of the event and departure of Sip and Create. The client understands that in such an event, no refund will be given.
Deposit and Payment:
The client agrees that the Deposit is required at the time of signing the contract and the outstanding balance is due 5 days before the Corporate Paint Party. There is a 500 SEK charge to the client for payments returned by the bank for any reason. Payment must be remitted online at our website. Link will be provided.
Right of Withdrawal:
Sip and Create's discovery of new information, changes, or other factors tending to circumvent its policies could result in its withdrawal. Non cooperation; change of locations, facilities or times available, bad or returned checks, or late payments are examples of contributing factors. Should Sip and Create initiate the withdrawal, all fees and deposits will be returned.
Acknowledgement of client:
By ticking the box and agreeing to the contract, I, the client, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this contract. I further acknowledge that I must pay for the minimum number of participants required and will be charged accordingly. Sip and Create will not be responsible for liability of participants’ behavior and safety, or safety in relation to the consumption of food or alcohol. My credit card or method of payment will be charged according to this contract.
